1. Physical principle
Industrial wipes usually use special fiber materials with strong adsorption capacity, which can effectively adsorb oil molecules. Through wiping and friction, the wipes can wipe off the oil molecules on the surface, thereby achieving the effect of grease removal.
2. Chemical principle
Dissolution and dispersion: Some industrial wipes may be specially treated and contain chemical components that can dissolve or disperse grease. These chemical components can interact with grease molecules to dissolve or disperse them in the wipes.
Emulsification: Emulsifiers can disperse grease particles in water to form an emulsion. Some industrial wipes contain emulsifier components to remove grease from the surface through emulsification.
Chemical reaction: The chemical components on some wipes may react chemically with grease, thereby changing the properties of grease and making it easier to remove.
